Disney Telephone

Pretty in pink? Nope, only Disney could come up with this!

I found it in my suite after trying to fix my presentation. Pink wire-y and fur-licious, is a Disney Telephone!
It looks like a 1930's telephone, which was not originally from Alexander Grahm Bell, but it was originally made in 1891 by Almon B. Strowger. He patented the basic design for an automatic telephone switching system in 1891. The dial was developed a few years later during enhancements to the automatic system.
The earliest phones used with the automatic systems used a pushbutton that the caller had to push rapidly the number of times that corresponded to each digit of the number being called.
The standard rotary dial was further developed and enhanced in Chicago, Illinois in the early part of the 20th Century.
But now, it is not only 1 / one color, it's MULTIPLE! Purple, pink ;) , green, blue, yellow, anything imaginable. But, right now, we have pink. It's fuzzy, and an awesome decoration. Use it for your household on Stardoll, or keep it in storage as a collectable! Anything is possible, girls.
